Bob Arnold

Two Poems

To live by a woods river
Forever is to finally
Forget it
& to remember
It again
Is something

Where there are tall maples and oaks
There once was a barn
Nothing left where it was
But sunshine

These poems were first published in Twenty-Eight Poems & Two Interviews by Bob Arnold in Coyote’s Journal New Series, February 2009 –

Bob Arnold is the author of many books of poetry and prose — the newest is I’m In Love With You Who Is In Love With Me (Longhouse). For forty years he has been a builder, publisher and bookseller in the Green Mountains of Vermont with his wife Susan.
